Can you move the logo on proofs?
We do not offer custom placement of team logos. Since our system is highly automated, we do not have a mechanism to communicate minor adjustments on the x and y axis for logo placement. The customization operators will place your logo vertically in an optically appropriate manner.
Rest assured; our vertical placement is not a detail that customers find dissatisfactory: we do not receive complaints about the vertical placement of team logos on finished jerseys.
How will I know if my image will be approved, or can you confirm it is good before submitting the order?
Once the order is placed it will go to our LOGO QUEUE where it will be reviewed for quality and copyright issues. If there is a denied logo, an email will be sent out and from there you'll be able to see the logo that requires attention and the reason that our graphic designer advises against using it. You will have a chance to upload a new, better image by clicking on the "Upload New File" blue button in your logo-denied email.
Can you make a logo for me?
Our Graphic Artist can create a logo for you using the ideas you have already submitted. He can dedicate 30 minutes of logo work for $30. In this time frame, he can make up to 3 modifications to get your approval. Any additional modifications may require more time and incur additional charges.
To get started, we'll take payment over the phone for the graphic time.
An order will need to be placed, so we suggest you put the order on hold to contact us. Or if an order is already placed, and a denied email was received this option can be offered for the denied image.
What if I don’t want all what the package offers?
We have plenty of options available. Packages 1-6 are predesigned options. If you want a custom design option, there is a fully customizable package with different choices.
How do I remove the background?
After the chosen package is selected, the next screen will direct you to upload your logo, once selected; a top window will pop up to choose the file to upload.
Once you have the selected image, another screen opens with the selected file with the option to remove the background available. Please know all upload images may not have a background to be removed.
What file types are accepted? Why won't my PDF work?
File Formats that can be processed by our imaging service are as follows:
PNG, JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF
Please resubmit the image using one of the above suggested and accepted formats.
Please be advised that your new logo will go through our logo review process. In that process, we look for the most significant or apparent errors that may occur. If there is another issue, the logo team will trigger a follow-up email. Keep in mind, our logo team may not catch small details that may not be intentional, so do your best to deliver the exact image that you want printed.
To maximize your potential of quickly getting through the logo review process and to receive the best finished item here are some helpful guidelines:
Clean high quality vector files are best.
No blurry or jagged edges.
No square background behind the logo.
No pieces or fragments of cut-out image or background.
Any copyrighted materials/trademarked items.
Is there an option to change the color of my logo?
Currently that is not a feature we offer. Some packages containing a logo and name and number can appear. We do offer to change the color of the logo however the main print color option is only for the name and or numbers, NOT changing the logo color. The logo will be printed as the color you uploaded to the order.
Do you offer color matching on printing on my uploaded logo to the number on the back?
We can offer to color match your logo to the print color for the names/numbers. This would take place after the order is placed and put on hold. Depending on the size of the order, this service may be free. Please reach out to Customer Service after the order is placed to see if we can accommodate your requests.
Can you print bright neon colors?
At this time, no. Neon and bright, vibrant colors would need a different paint palette than we currently have.
What is Direct to Garment? Is that the same as vinyl?
Direct 2 Garment is our newest addition for printing. The image provided for print, once approved, is printed on a transfer film and then heat pressed on to the item being customized.
We no longer offer vinyl customizations.
What if I am not happy with the turnout of my print job, can I return it for refund?
Please know customized/personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If there is an issue, we advise you to contact our Customer Service Department and we will investigate the issue.
What fonts do you offer?
We have several package options to choose from. Numbered packages comes with our Pro Block font for the numbers and lettering. This cannot be altered.
We do offer other font choices; those options will be found within the Fully Customizable package. The choices are Pro Block, Varsity, and Tiffany.
What is Tackle twill? How is it different from embroidery?
Tackle twill is a kind of embroidery that involves sewing custom-cut twill patches or appliques onto fabric, while embroidery is a type of stitching that can be used to add text or designs to fabric.
How can I make an order with a custom embroidered logo?
We can do some custom embroidered logo designs, there will be a one-time digitizing fee of $30.00 charged for the work up of the logo. If you would like us to work up a quote, please call our Sales Team at 888-269-2440.
